WYSIWYG HTML for notes?

SurgarCRM version: 5.1.0a

In the history panel of a contact, I select "Create Note or Attachment" to document a phone call with the associated contact. Is there a way to edit the note as HTML? I am looking for something similar to when I compose an email.
