You cannot import a system administrator user

Hi,

New to sugar ...

using Version 6.2.1 (Build 6405) sugar ce

Trying to import users from a csv/txt (tab)

no matter what I try I get the cannot import a system admin error?

I've added a jpg displaying the error message and displaying hte row 1 values.
Can anyone see anything wrong?

Would really appricipate any help.

I'd suggest ignoring the Is Administrator column when importing and set the admins manually after the import is done. It should be just a small handful that would need to be set. My guess is it's a security measure to not allow importing for that column.

Thanks for your suggestion, I tried it.
And I tried populating the ID (or not) and every combination of thoes two fields. But still no Joy!

Have you any other suggestions?

same to me. Cannot import user. Neither with the common csv-structure, nor by leaving fields out.
Anyone an idea?

Hi,

if you comment line 497 in file "\sugarcrm\modules\Import\views\view.step4.php " with two backslashes the import works for me.
Right by now i cannot figure out, whats the sense of this "else if"?
