Zend Framework Sugar Portal install

Dear Guys,
I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong place but I have been trying for some days to install the Zend Framework Sugar Portal from SourceForge portal. It looks a great tool but I just cant get it to run.

I am on Windows XP sp2 with IIS 5.1 PHP 5.2.5 Mysql running sugar 5.1b.

The install runs fine but when I type the URl

'http://mydomain/iportal.php'

i am redirected to

'http://mydomain/portal.php/index/login'

However a receive a 404 error 'The page cannot be found'

Otherwise the sugar install works fine.

My thoughts are that I have missed some setting, perhaps in IIS or in config.php? Or perhaps it is not compatible with IIS?
