zucker popup problem in IE

I have set up sugar on a remote server & if I run a Zucker Query template or Listing template that outputs to a csv file then the popup opens & immediately closes

It is not the popup blocker & if I run a Jasper Query template it opens with no issues

Also if I run it in firefox it works

On my local server an exact copy works fine in IE

Any ideas why this would happen?

I tried by setting up another sugar instance on a different remote server and get the same problem but it works perfectly on my local servers

If you use IIS webserver with SSL this is a known problem of content expiration = now.

To fix the issue I had to go into IE Internet Options

Then go to security tab

Then set custom settings for the Internet Zone & enable Automatic prompting for file downloads
