zucker report uploading problem

hi all,
pls help me to solve this problem

error compiling report report1.jrxml - cmdline: C:/jdk1.2.1/bin/javaw.exe
Usage: C:/jdk1.2.1/bin/javaw.exe [-options] class [args...]
(to execute a class)
or C:/jdk1.2.1/bin/javaw.exe -jar [-options] jarfile [args...]
(to execute a jar file)

where options include:
-cp -classpath
set search path for application classes and resources
-D=
set a system property
-verbose[:class|gc|jni]
enable verbose output
-version print product version
-? -help print this help message
-X print help on non-standard options

in config.php i write this code

no any other changes are required ????

i m using sugarcrm 5.1 orc.

Hi!
I had lots of problem installing zucker reports but i finally got it. I had to check all the steps:

1. Is this error with any report you upload? If it's only with one jasper report, then the problem is on the report.
2. have you checked zuckerreports manual for witch java version to use?
3. have you checked this command line for calling java?
4. What version of ireport are you using? zucker originally comes with 3.0.0 classic ireport libraries, for other versions you need to copy these libraries, on zucker's last manual there is a how to do this.

i m using ireport 3.1.1 so is this suitable for zucker report ???
can u provide me one jasper report which is working in sugarcrm ....
and for java i m using jdk 1.2.1..

can u provide me how to solve ds problem

hello,

nw, i can successfully upload jasper report in zucker report.. but only problem is dt
everytime i used my jasper report template it showing me blank screen in pdf,html..
i create one header, title and detail section in jasper template but still it showing me blank screen..

so pls help me

Hi, on your black screen.
On the address bar can you see /013894845_your_report..pdf? or it's calling crm:808/index.php

If its calling pdf and there are no pages on it, it means your pdf has no data on it.
If it's calling index.php can you check your sugarcrm.log or error_log?

hi.. thanks for reply..

i checked my sugar error log file.. its not giving me any error..
i tell you step by step what i did in my jasper file and zucker report
1) i create one jasper file in ireport and i just write my company name in the title section on ireport document.
2) than i add some details in footer section on ireport document.
3) than i compile my ireport and check it in pdf preview. In pdf preview it show me my company name and footer. i checked it in ireport.
4) than in zucker report i upload my jasper report template.. it upload successfully without any errors.
5) after that i just i click on run report option of zucker report.
6) sugar is creating one note with attachment of my newpdf file. whenever i download that file and see the file it showing me no data. only blank screen.

so pls tell me where m i wrong

Hi,

I have a problem with zucker report. Sometimes the report page shows blank pdf sometimes it displays correct. System is running in production and we are a bit trouble now. I think If you solve this blank screen problem and inform me what you have done I would really be grateful to you.

Does it have any problem with JRE like memory allocation?

Our crm version is 5.2 CE. Running on appserv windows 2003 server, JRE 1.6.0_14.

By the way, I found my previous programmer did not comment out the following line but still report is working. Is this possible?

Hi all,

I am new to Sugar & zucker, I am not sure how to upload my report templates to sugar. Infact I am not getting the upload screen, when I am clicking on Query & template-->"new jasper report template". it gives me a blank screen.

I have sugar 6.0.2,zucker report 1.12 & ireport 3.71 installed.

Can anyone guide me what I am doing wrong here.
