Zucker Reports

Busy day today.

We installed Zucker Reports recenlty but the tab is not showing. Again, we have scoured the threads and it seems a number of users are having issues with this and there are many unanswered posts.

In Studio it appears as an empty box and cannot be moved or edited. On the main navigation tabs it appears as a tiny empty tab which f you can manage to get the mouse to focus on it will take you to the right page. It makes no difference which theme or navigation paradigm (grouped/no) is used. We have also uninstalled and re-installed.

Any ideas please?

PS: As an aside, the editor used for posting these messatges has a number of useful extras that would be useful in editing Email templates - such as being able to chose a few more fonts hint, hint.

Which locale are you on?
I had the same problem when I was running Sugar+Zucker on Japanese locale.
Could you try to run on en_us locale?
Zucker only have en_us, fr_FR, es_es and ge_ge locales. It looks this problem happens out of these locales.

From what I can see we are only using the EN locale
