Zucker Reports CE 1.11 on sugar 5.2.0e WAMP

I am trying to get some reporting functionality for my version of sugar 5.2.0e, so I chose zucker reports.
I have downloaded the previous versions of zucker reports but when uploading them I get an error message saying that the file is not compatible with my version of sugar.
I then was able to find zucker reports ce 1.11 which is supposed to be compatible.

When I try to upload the module using the module loader it will load for a while,
refresh the screen, but nothing happens after the screen refreshes.
It doesn't show the new module and it doesn't give any error messages.

I have done the following to try to resolve this:

In php.ini file:
upload_tmp_dir = "c:\tmp"
upload_max_filesize = 400M
post_max_size = 400M

I also installed another module to isolate it to the zucker module.

I had the same problem and solved it by clearing the cookies,cache and history in the browser. please try let me know if the problem still exists.
