Which version of ZuckerReprot you installed and where the server located. Is it local or intranet or internet ?
Also check your permissions

zucker report version 1.11
server is accessed through internet

which is the suitable version combination?

I am facing same problem with IIS webserver & MSSQL. database

but its working with Apache webserver and MySQL database.

Combination

sugar version 5.2.0f
zucker report version 1.11

OS: Windows Server 2003
Webserver: IIS
MSSQL: 2000
