Zuckerdocs - Can?

I've searched through the forums and read every post related to Zuckerdocs. Don't know which way to jump.

On the one hand, at least for earlier versions, it seems like it was a bear to install with mulitple undesirable after effects, aka, bugs.

On the other hand, it seemed like later installers have had more success in getting it to work, and I see that Sugar members have set up a download on Sugarforge that has been tinkered with to make it work.

So,

a) Your assessment of trying to use this product with Sugar 4.5.1h and KT 3.4.5 installed on a LAMP system?
b) Hassle factor in getting this thing working.

We have used this product many times with good success. Installation is now straight forward as long as you can easily install the Java JDK on your server. Once installed it worked well enough for what we used it for which was canned Jasper reports. We didn't use much of the other functionality so can't comment on that, but it did what it needed to do to upload, bind parameters, prompt for parameters and run the jasper report.
