ZuckerDocs installation error

I am trying to add module ZuckerDocs 1.4.5 to SugarCRM (OS) 4.5f, but I get the following errors:

after install command:

Notice: Undefined index: ZuckerDocs in /srv/www/htdocs/sugar/themes/Sugar/footer.php on line 80

after commit command:
stops at 25% and logs:
Warning: copy(godocs.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /srv/www/htdocs/sugar/ModuleInstall/ModuleInstaller.php on line 898

Sounds like write permissions are not set to the webserver user.
