I am deploying SugarCRM 5.2.0k with Zucker Reports 1.12 and I am having trouble creating a Microsoft Word template. I notice that after Zucker Reports 1.6 we must BUY the documentation. I have credit card in hand but I have a trust issue with an overseas vendor that does not reply to multiple emails after six days.

Can anyone tell me if the USD $50 Zucker Reports documentation from zuckerfriends.com is worth the money? I cannot get them to respond to emails sent to office at zuckerfriends dot com or to questions posted to the ZuckerReports forum. My faith in them is beginning to wane.

If you have purchased the documentation, I would love to hear from you. Any response at all will be more than I have gotten from "ZuckerFriends".
