Default ZuckerReports 1.8: Cant make any valid Listing Template

    Windows XP w/ SP2
Sugar Suite Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150)
Webserver Apache HTTP Server Version 2.2
    PHP Version 5.2.1
    MySQL server version 5.0.33
    ZuckerReports 1.8

I installed ZuckerReports in my SugarSuite CE and the installation went fine, but none of my Listing Templates are running. I tried to use it on Accounts Module. I removed the filters and it displayed all records. When i tried to add filter such as Account Type drop-down value 'Franchisee', it didnt display any record whereas out 656 records, 600 records has Account Type 'Franchisee'. I dont have Java Devt. Kit installed.

I also tried Quick Repair and Rebuild but it didn't solve the problem.

Is there a way I can see the SQL query being executed onscreen?

Make sure you post this to the forum for Zucker reports as well. My guess is there is a Zucker config problem. Try them first.

Sorry I can't help more, maybe someone else with Zucker experience can suggest something.

PS Checking your message again, use a sql tool (i prefer myPHPadmin) and check the exact value in the database table for Account type. I wonder if you searched on the displayed value instead of the stored value. Remember in Sugar these are separate!

I posted it also on the ZuckerReports thread. I can execute the SQL query with valid result using PhpMyAdmin. I just wonder maybe Zucker Reports is executing a different SQL query. If there's a way to display the SQL query being executed by ZuckerReports it would help in diagnosing the problem.
