Zuckerreports CSV not working

My zukerreports work fine however when I run the report and choose csv format, the window shows up and suddenly close. I am sure that my popup blocker is turned off also my html popup works fine for report. Just the csv is having problem.

Hi,

W e also had same problem and ultimately we found that there was a virus that was not allowing pupup.
Scan your system and reinstall MS office.

Another interesting thing. Even if you get the report in CSV the formating will not be there, i.e., a wrongly formated file will appear.

Was that your server computer (Where sugar was installed) that had the virus or the client computer. Please let me know. Also how did you get around the formating then?

I too am getting this exact problem. Fine under Firefox, window appears/disappears under IE. System is completely up to date, no viruses or other as suggested. No popup blockers etc... window does actually appear, then disappears at the point you'd expect the save/open file dialog. Only effects CSV. HTML reports are fine.

Anyone find a solution?
