    Default ZuckerReports installation.

    Good afternoon,

    I tried to install the ZuckerReports module for 6.2. Of course, the file was way too big, so I follow the instructions on the ZuckerReports manual and there's a way of uploading the file without messing with the php I delete the 'jasper' folder from the module package and install the module without it. Then I know I have to paste this folder in to my ZuckerReports installation in the Sugar directory. I did it, but I can't see any signs of the JasperReports working. I pasted the folder directly in 'Modules/ZuckerReports'. Is that alright? Is there something else I should do?
    Did someone install it that way or do you have another way to do it? Because modifying the php.ini didn't work for me.

    Thanks in advance for your help!

    The version of ZuckerReports is the 1.14, and my version of Sugar is 6.2.4.
    Here I attach the php file.

    Thank you very much for your answer.

    Oh, and when I try to install the full package (without deleting the jasper folder), the module loader gets stucked in 11% and when I display the log it says:

    Rebuilding Modules...
    Failed to copy /usr/share/sugarcrm/cache/upload/upgrades/temp/RxFfA4/modules/ZuckerReports to modules/ZuckerReports

    Just so you have more info about it.

    1. save your original php.ini for secure somewhere
    2. change next parametrs in php.ini as followed
    max_execution_time = 300
    max_input_time = 600
    memory_limit = 256M
    3 in admin section change max input file size into 60 000 000
    4 restart server & browser
    5 try to download and install via module loader

    Tell me results

    Oh, ok, we'll try that then! Just a question: what do you mean by 'In admin section change max input file size into 60 000 000'? Like, what do you mean by 'admin section'? Where do I need to make the size change exactly?

    Thank you very, very much for you answer!

    I mean goto:
    admin -> system settings ->advanced -> Maximum upload size:
    and change from 3 000 000 to 60 000 000

    The easiest way I have found to install zucker is to do the following

    cd cache/upload/upgrades/module

    wget http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/downlo....14_module.zip

    extract manifest & rename

    unzip ZuckerReports_1.14_module.zip.zip manifest.php
    mv manifest.php ZuckerReports_1.14_module-manifest.php

    Now can load normally using Module Loader (may need to F5 the Module Loader form)

    Thank you both. We'll check on that then, and I'll let you know how it works out, because we're also considering other options, as Kinamu or Qlikview, because we'd had some problems with the reports when we were using ZR in an older version of Sugar.

    Again, thank you very much for your time.
