ZuckerReports: report not found on the server

I installed ZuckerReports without any problems as well as the demo pack 2. I'm not sure my hosting has everything is required but everything seems to work fine.

My problem is running reports. This is the error: "Not Found. The requested URL /<sugar-installation-folder>/modules/ZuckerReports/archive/080808_162258_activity.pdf was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request".

I changed /ZuckerReportTemplates/ReportTemplate.php at lines 192 and 198, because the original output was /modules/ZuckerReports/archive//... with double slash. I also changed archive folder permission and I tried to change directory output using cache/upload.

Nothing happend. Any suggestion?

Maybe something about your java path?
Theres something in the ZuckerReports documentation about that.

Hi Gunni,

thanks for your suggestion. At this moment I haven't found any good solution. But I noticed that if I select "Attach report to" (Accounts, Contacts,....) I get this: ERROR: can't save file to cache/upload/e71e205f-7cea-8de2-0fb0-48a1535ae1bb.
If I select "Archive Report to category", Sugar tries to download index.php

Maybe you should check the rights on your sugar installation.

How does one check the rights on the sugar installation on Windows? I am getting the same error when I try to run a jasper report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One problem I had was I had SugarCRM installed in Program Files...This did not fly with jasperReports. I changed my Sugar install path to C:/Sugar/ and restored my backup, and it all started working. Also I found that iReport 3.0.0 is the version to use. I was unable to get iReport 3.1.3 to work very well...Good Luck!

Thanks Shannon. I've done the same i.e. removed Sugar from Program Files and installed it again to C:\sugar\, however after installing ZuckerReport and running a report created using an iReport 3.0.0 template, I am still getting the 'File not found' error.

Have you actually gotten rid of this same error? Also, what is your java path?

Even i am facing the same problem.
I am trying Sugarcrm 5.1 CE on windows with ZuckerReports 1.8

But facing a problem in "Run Report".

After uploading the report when i try to Run report i get a message as "Object not found" in a new browser window.

I was facing the same probleme till i moved the sugarcrm installation from "programs files" to the "c:\". now it works very fine.
