    Question ZuckerReports reviews?

I'm considering to use ZuckerReports with my Sugar 5.2.0k install, but I got a case of cold feet by reading all the problem and negative review messages.
Does anybody have any experience in working with this combination? I'd be happy to hear about it...

    Thanks
    Karin

Zucker can be tricky ... but in combination with iReport it's an excellent tool. However, it is not a user tool for complex reports. Simple reports yes if you set up the parameters but for cross module reporting you'll need iReport and it's full blown BI.

Zucker reports can be a great tool which allows you to pull data from the database. However, this does require knowledge of how the tables in the database relate to one another, and it does require that you know SQL to create the queries. So as far as the report creation, it is not really a tool for end users. Once the administrator sets up the reports, the end users can easily run the reports.

    Default Thanks Salesagility and Sugarcane

    Thanks Salesagility and Sugarcane!
Sounds like this is too complicated for me to install and it may be too extensive in it's possibilities. All I want is to easily print address labels. Exporting data into an Excel-file and mail-merging it in Word didn't sound like the easiest way to go about it. But given the choice between that and installing and tweaking ZuckerReports I guess I'll go for the first option.
    Thanks for the advice!
