I am currently trying to roll out Sugar to a sales organization that relies almost exclusively on outbound calling. I have access to target lists from several vendors and have designed campaigns and target lists around them. The problem is that all the Campaign/Target stuff seems to be email focussed and not well laid out for outbound calling.

What I've been unable to do is assign Targets to individual reps in such a way that they can see them and work them. Targets seem to only be exposed within the Campaign module and nowhere else.

It is my understanding that things should progress in the following order:
Target -> Lead -> Opportunity -. Account

I could just automatically move all the Targets into the Lead bucket but that seems to defeat the whole purpose of having two different stages.

Is there a Dashlet that exposes the Targets that I can use? How can an inside sales guy get to a list of Targets so he/she can know who to call?
