BCC email campaign for compliance?

Quick question. What do I need to do to hardcode a BCC address (external to the sugar server instance) that will automatically BCC w/ a pre-defined email address each message that goes out during an email campaign (or otherwise). For example, I may have 20 target lists.. and each list has 100 people.. I need that when the Send email button is pushed, that the 2000 emails are created with the From (as defined in the campaign), the To from the 2000 targets, and the BCC is the same for each of the emails to someconstantusername@domain.com (note: NOT the same domain as the sugar instance nor its monitored email addresses..)

I should be clear that there are many posts about how to BCC communication so that Sugar will process into records. This is not the point of this thread. Rather it is to understand how to effectively journal outbound email via BCC to an external username@domain.tld address for both an email campaign as well as general usage.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.. thx..
