    Unhappy Campaign emails not sending

    I have been struggling with this for days and can't seem to get the campaign emails to work - either in test to a test list or on a schedule. Regular emails from the email module get sent, and test messages from the campaign show in the "sent" box under email module (although show the wrong date and blank sent from field) I have tried using both smtp and sendmail.

    Any ideas would be welcome.

    I am also having issues sending campaigns. They never leave the queue. I am not technologically advanced, so any basic information would help. I have been trying to send out an e-mail for our upcoming BusinessRICH which is in 2 1/2 weeks, so it's really important that I get this fixed.

    Have you set up the cron job in your server? Under Admin--> Scheduler, the crontab line needs to be added for the emails to go out on a schedule.

    Also, in the same location, the 'Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns' is the time interval in which the emails are sent out. So even if your campaign is set to start at 3 PM, if the scheduler item is set for 2AM-6AM, then at 3PM the emails all go to queue, and then between 2AM and 6AM they start emailing out. You can modify this default scheduler item to extend the time period

    Define New Module Define new modules with Module Builder. Module Builder Config Configure the Module Builder defaults.

    I don't see anything like what you are talking about.
