Campaign emails not sent on the scheduled time

Have created email campaigns with tracker list, tracker url and email marketing with a scheduled time.

Test Emails can be sent.

But scheduled emails are not been able to send. They are always found in the Email Queue.

According to all the seach am doing fine.Not able to figure out. Help

Yes you can send emails on the scheduled time. when you create emails you have the option of selecting date and time for delivery to your list.
