Campaign Error out of Nowhere?

I have been successfully testing the Campaign Module for weeks now and I added some Custom Fields to the Leads tab and now the Campaign Module is giving me this error.

Warning: aSubPanel::aSubPanel(modules//subpanels/.php) [function.aSubPanel]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/revolvec/public_html/include/SubPanel/SubPanelDefinitions.php on line 66

Fatal error: aSubPanel::aSubPanel() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'modules//subpanels/.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /home/revolvec/public_html/include/SubPanel/SubPanelDefinitions.php on line 66

I'm not sure what the issue is, but this just happened.

Hi revolve, I saw your other thread (http://forums.sugarcrm.com/showthread.php?t=20782) as well. Please be sure to create urgent bugs for these issues and we can roll them into a patch right away.

Is there any patch available for this error. Has the patch been released.
