    Default Campaign Execution

    Hi all,
    i'm just guessing how to run and execute, a planned campaign which consists in Phone calls to a taget list.

    In other words: after creating a campaign, and have a target list associated to it (3 contacts for example) is there any way to execute it? i mean create and assign to operators the call activities to the contacts involved in the list?

    For example, an email campaign, (campaign type = email) make appear another section in the Campaign Detail Card ( named Email Marketing ) , just to send the emails with the choosed template.

    But with Campaign which consists in Phones or Telesales with operators, i've found no link, or chance to do it. May be i'm making something wrong.

    Hi Gianluca,

    it seems that you have already have some experience with creating and executing e-mail campaings.
    We are just getting familiar with the system and wonder if you could provide us with some useful tips.
    The user guide is not very self explanatory.

    I think you're asking same question as me. If I create a telephone campaign can I set up fields to capture a standard set of responses to that campaign and associated prospect list? - ie: send brochure, refer to sales team, remove from database etc.

    i can't see a way of doing this and the manual isn't helping?

    I haven't tried the e-mail bit yet.
