I'm brand new to Sugar - if this is the wrong place to be posting this req, feel free to point in the right direction

Running 5.0, I've created a campaign and then linked a populated target list to it. But following the campaign, nothing shows up in the 'history' or the 'campaign' sections of any of the targets (mix of targets/leads/etc). So it's not possible to tell which campaign an individual has been targeted by.

I need to be able to follow up these campaigns accurately - so help would be appreciated!

Oh, one other thing - if you access the 'campaign' tab in a customer's record (Lead/etc), a list of all the campaigns appears for you to select . . . which then attaches your customer to whichever campaign you happen to select. Even if they aren't/weren't targeted in that campaign.

This seems like basic functionality to me, and would expect sugar to have an automatic link between which campaign a target/lead/contact has been targeted by and their record, it just doesn't seem to have any link at all - but I'm happy to stand corrected! Thanks
