Campaign - Mailing issues

I am the admin of Sugar CRM in my company and have issues in using the Campaign feature for a mass mailing.
My purpose is to be able to send a mailing on the behalf of different persons in our company with their email address.

I have a Target list, an email template but have issues to setup different email accounts to send the mailing.

Do you know a way to do it or where i can find a tutorial to do ti ?
