Campaign status subpanel

Hi all.
My Sugar version: 5.2k

I have encountered the following odd thing:
I created a Newsletter campaign, add the relative target lists and configuration.
For issue number 1 I add an Email marketing and sent out the email, everything worked. I was able to see all the stats and the detailed information in the subpanel under View status.

For issue number 2 I add another Email marketing to the list and sent the email. Here starts the problem:
- only some emails has been sent to the targets, all the others stays in the queue and even manual send is not working;
- statistics: in the view status, the chart shows the correct information based on the selected Email marketing but the subpanel is not showing any data. I think it is something due to a malformed query or filter.
This is of course quite annoying...

Anyone can give me an hint on how to solve this issue?

Having a similar issue when doing email campaigns. Gave up and now everything I do goes as a newsletter rather than a campaign. I can then pick the results I want to see for each email or show the whole lot.

I am having an issue with the chart though. It doesn't show up at all. Actually it wasn't until i went searching for answers to some other problems that I realised it should be there. Im using 5.2K also.

Any ideas on why chart would not be displaying??

@dprandi: If you use 2 marketing messages you must use different sets of addresses because one campaign will sent only once to a recipient. Multiple messages are used for e.g. multiple languages.
If you want to use the same campaign with the same set of addresses more than once you have to use the type "newsletter"
@areatraiining: try a different browser, you may have blocked some stuff.

I am not sending multiple email marketing at the same time. Just one and my campaign is of type=newsletter.
I add a new email marketing when I have to send a new number of my newsletter.

Sorry, didn't see that you are using newsletter campaigns already.
Only way to move forward is to check your webserver log in order to find out which irregularities you encounter. If you use an upgraded version of Sugar you may try the same action with a newly installed version.
