I just finished sending emails for a weekly newsletter. After clicking send, my emails were sent to the queue. Because of my impatience... I clicked 'send test' hoping that my test emails would send independent of the email queue. This is where things went really bad. After I clicked "Send Test", Sugar added the [test] to the subject of a random number of pending emails in the queue. On top of that, the "test emails" which were sent out, the entire email was never received by the mailbox. The bottom truncates. Because of this, the emails appear as plain text illegible code which cannot be viewed by my newsletter recipients. Now I look like an idiot.

SugarCRM campaigns have improved over time however I dont know if I can rely on them for future mailings.
