Campaigns not viewed in Campaign list

Hi

I have set up 3 email campaigns - but they are not showing up in the campaigns list on campaigns home when I click on the campaign tab

This is really problematically as I can not go back to the campaign unless it is still in my last viewed

Any help greatly appreciated and I am being to pull my hair out!

Hi, Helen.
Make sure the campaigns are in the campaigns table.
Click in the Clear button on Campaign ListView to make sure there is no filter restricting the existing campaigns.

Have clicked clear , but not sure who to add a campaign to the campaign table - not sure what this is.

Any other ideas?

Do you have access to the phpMyAdmin?
If yes then you can access the campaigns table and look for your campaigns records.

No I am just a user not the administrator

But I think I should be able to see a campaign if i create one - yes?

I am having the same problem. I will create a campaign but it will not show up in my list of campaigns.

I repaired the campaign module in admin>repair.

The database repair failed but everything else worked, now it is fixed.
