Campaigns send mail, but not resend to the same targets.

We will fix this in the upcoming releases. 4.2.1 will potentially have it or else 4.5 will defintely have this fix.

did this make it in th 4.2.1 fix? I can't see bug 6677 on the bugracker and there is not enough info in the release note to determine if this relates to the campaign problem described above.
