can any one say about the sales stages in detail?
i know some info only ...on which basis the sales stage will be modified. please explain clearly regarding these entries in sugar...this is the first time iam seeing a crm product.
so i was a little bit confused
prospecting
qualification
needs analysis
value proportion
lb decision makers
perception analysis
proposal/ price quote i want definitions for all these entries
negotiation/review
closed/won
closed lost
can these sales stages modified...if we modify these sales stages the entries in the corresponding dashlets ...
my sales pipe line
pipe line by sales stage...etc etc
will be modified or ..should we do some thing to make the changes?
