I am now using the community edition v5. I have done some test on campaigns like this:
There is an email campaign A, and emails are sent to target T. T has clicked the opt-out link in the email. And I see that in the target record, the checkbox Opt-out is checked.
Then I create another email campaign B, and T is in its target list. When I run this campaign. the system still sends the email to T.
I want to know if this's a bug?
