Hello everybody!!
first of all sorry for my english....
I'm trying to send customized e-mail (something like "Hello contact-name...") with a template but it happens a strange thing. The e-mail arrive to everybody with the name of the last person inserted in the field "To". How can I solve it?
Then...is it possible to know if (and in case when, too) the recipient open the e-mail or delete it?Where can I find this information?Or must I setting something?
