Default Dedicated ESP (email service providers) for email marketing in SugarCRM

    Hi

Is anyone using a dedicated ESP (such as inbox25.com, SMPT.com, MailChimp and so on) to send newsletters out of SugarCRM, and recommend them?

We send about 25,000 newsletters per week and don't have the technological knowledge or resources to manage our own dedicated mail server so need a ESP.

We need to track the usual things
    - Opens
    - Click-thru
    - Hard & soft bounces
    - Un-subscribes
    - Leads etc...

A provider in Asia/Australia or with 24/7 support would be great too.

    Thanks

    Julian

Since you asked me directly: Sorry, no. The average Sugar installations we are dealing with live comfortably with their standard providers because they don't have that many emails to send. Besides: In such a case Sugar would only be good to do the list management, the actual processing should be handled by a dedicated program.

inbox25 works quite well, even with SugarCRM *CE*

25K/week would not be a strain. The nice thing about INBOX25 integration is that after the campaign is set up it stays synchronized. For Example, if you change a user's email address on sugar, it will change on inbox' site.

inbox is light on reporting but it's adequate for what most people with smaller marketing volumes are doing. It feeds unsubs, invalids, opt-outs, back in just fine.

    Thanks,
    David
