Email Campaign

Hello.

I seem to be having trouble using the Email Marketing Campaign within Sugar CRM.

I can't seem to use the pull down menu at the Use Mailbox dropdown. My only option is none.

I tried looking at the guide at:

However there is 'no' Manage Mailboxes in the Admin tab, when I am logged in Admin.

Am I missing something?

The usable emails in the Use Mailbox droplist are derived from your list of inbound emails whose Possible Actions are set as "Bounce Handling." Go to Admin, select Inbound Email and either create or modify an email so that it handles the bounces, ie Possible Actions = Bounce Handling. That email will then appear in the Use Mailbox droplist.

Thanks very much for your help with this.
My concern now is that it seems that if I want to have the emails sent out quickly, I need to be logged in as Admin and then I need to send the emails which are in the queue?
Is there not a way that when I click on Send Emails that they are sent automatically, right away?
