    Cool Email Campaign sends only test mails

    Hi all..

    I finally got sugar to send emails to my target list.

    The problem is that mails are sent only when the "send test" button is pressed from the campaign screen. Otherwise, when the "SEND EMAILS" Button is pressed on the same screen no mail is delivered.

    I am Using Sugar Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049) over Suse Linux on Xampp Server.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello Ignacio,

    What are the types of the Target lists that you have set up? If the Target list types are all equal to Test, then there will be nothing to select to send out when you click 'Send Email'. Can you please provide more details?

    Thank you Sugarcane for your reply .

    In my case the target list is defined as Default Target List.

    I´ve read about the schedule setting but i cant´s find that administration. I´m Using the community version.

    Any clues?

    Thank you everyone for your responses!. I checked out the guide and it was helpful to understand the setup process for campaigns.

    Finally the issue was that sent mails where Queued so when i pressed "send queued campaign emails" button on "Manage email queue" within the administration panel, mails started to go out.

    I also could see that mail deliveries are controled by the schedule process located at Inbound Email Setup link.

    Does anyone know how to manage this schedulers in order to control the outbound mass email and not to depend to manually send queued emails?. Any tutorial or guide about this?
