Email Marketing with Sugar - plugins available?

We are looking for a vendor / plugin that can send our campaigns emails and still have it tracked through Sugar. We understand that the campagin module can send out emails, however we do not want to use our own mail servers and deal with the bounces etc. Anyone in the community have any suggestions?
