Email tracking for campaigns Sugar CE 5.52

When i set up an email campaign and send one out, only 1 message appears in my sent folder. If i look at the email history of the recipients sent this mail, will a copy appear indicating that this person got this email? If not, how can you track who got the email from a particular campaign?
