Going from Publisher to Sugar

I'm pretty new using Sugar so please forgive if this has been cover or I’m making a big deal out of nothing. I have been trying for days to import a document I did in Microsoft Publisher into Sugar. The document contains text as well as pictures. I wanted to know if a) this is possible and b) if it is how should it be imported? Thanks for any help.
