Help with email to lead import

Board,

I am new to sugar adn in the process of setting up my CRM. I am trying to do the following and it seems I am stuck.

I would like sugar to:
1 - import lead from a certain email box (email in html format)
2 - assign lead to a auto responder email series. (I will use process manager for this)

I am stuck how to get sugar to automatically import the email and convert into lead/contact in sugar.

Keep in mind I am new to this, so patience is greatly appreciated.

This is going to require some programming expertise, thus, if you need assistance in that area, you should secure that resource first before proceeding or you'll just be spinning your wheels.

In a nutshell, you can setup a custom script to fire whenever email for that inbox is imported into Sugar or you can have the script directly retrieve the email for you and in turn create the lead/contact for you after parsing the content of the message.
