How do I create a report to show click-thru's from a campaign?

Hi

I'm currently on my last week of testing SugarOnDemand Professional and so far have managed to import around 5,000 contacts on some 3,000 accounts.

I'm testing the email campaign and that seems to be fine too but I have two major problems:

1. Bounce handling doesn't seem to pick up the bounced emails from the server. The 'test settings' works fine in the Admin/inbound email settings (set for bounce handling) but nothing appears in that section of the campaign status and no 'Invalid Email' boxes get automatically checked. The Scheduler for 'Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails' is set to Active.

2. An important item for us in managing campaigns is to be able to create a list (report or spreadsheet) showing who had a) viewed, and b) clicked through. The only option I see in the campaign status page is to 'create a target list' for each of these. However, I can't then find a way to manipulate the targets in the target list to export them to a spreadsheet. The obvious method would be to create a report in the reports module but I can't find a way to do this either. Am I missing something?

Regarding bounced emails, you may need to get your IT department involved to make sure they have configured the email account you're using to send the message so it's able to correctly handle bounce emails.
