How to track mails of gmail id in sugar crm?

I want to track all the mails of a particular gmail account in sugar crm (i mean with out logging into gmail i want to view the mails in sugar crm ) is this possible?

yes, set it up in the Sugar email client. Just make sure that your gmail account has imap enabled and use those in Sugar rather than pop3.
