    Question incremental emails - trigger?

I am trying to set up reminder eMails for new targets.

Ideally this would work like this:
day 1 - "target" info entered - 1st email goes out
    day 5 - 2nd email goes out
day 10 - final reminder email goes out

    Can this be automated?

    Hello,

You could set this up using Workflow. Workflow is available with Sugar Pro and Ent. If you are using CE, then this functionality could be hard coded as a customization. If you are on CE and this is something you would like to do, please feel free to contact Ray Stoeckicht at rays@intelestream.net or 888-435-2221 to discuss this in more detail.
Intelestream has a great deal of experience hosting and customizing the SugarCRM application. Our company is made up by former employees of SugarCRM, and together we have over 50 years of experience working with the application. To learn more about us, please visit our website at www.intelestream.net or contact us directly at 800-391-4055 or by email at info@intelestream.net

    I should clarify:

    I have SugarCE 5.2.0f installed.

As I'm going along - i'm guessing the way to a conditional email (trigger) would be with logic hooks - right?
Has anyone had to do this before?

    Hello Heni,

We are the developers of the Process Manager module. Process Manager is an automated workflow module for SugarCRM. It is easier to use and has more features than the Workflow module from Sugar Pro.

There are two versions of Process Manager - one that is free and is available from the Workflow project in SugarForge. The other is our Enterprise version that sells for $99.00 and has all the features you are looking for.

Please visit our website at www.sierracrm.com for many demos and more information.

    Thanks

Hi Bill...can SierraCRM send delayed email reminders? For example, I will go into an account and set a date for a future event. I want to schedule emails to go out 2 weeks before that event, 1 week before that event, the day before that event, etc. Does this functionality exist in SierraCRM?

    Hi everybody,

I uploaded one file. But It can not display. I used internet explorer 8.0.

How can I repair? Or some problems happened to IE8?
