Hi all
We have been using SubarCRM 5.2 for a couple of years now for some support action tracking and project management in our company and now we are using it for the first time to launch a mail campaing to almost 5000 trackers.
We have followed the steps in the guide, and mails are sent correctly, but the problem is that all mails are marked as "Spam" in Outlook or as "Fraudulent" in Thunderbird for our trackers, is this situation familiar to someone of you?, is there any step we are avoiding that could fix this?.
Als we have got a couple of complains from some "trackers" saying that the "unsubscribe" link is not working for them, Any ideas why?
