We are at the moment implementing SUGAR CRM in our company, however, on the way we have found some obstacles, which we hope you can help us overcome.
First of all, I would like to introduce you to our business, so you can have a general overview of it, and of our needs.
We are a company of incoming tourism we mainly work with wholesalers, who are as for now the main reason for us to implement SUGAR. However, we manage not only one country as a destination, but also have offices at other countries in southamerica, who manage their destinations as well. More specifically, all our destination Management offices can have a relationship with the same client or account and even with the same contacts belonging to one account, if the account works with more than one of our destinations.
These circumstances have generated the following requirements:
1. We need to somehow manage to assign more than one user to the same contact
2. As we pretend to use SUGAR to send several notifications, such as newsletters, product updates, etc; we require these notifications to be sent from the different senders, who are the different users who manage the same contact, but located at the different destinations we manage. Hence we need to be able to choose different senders to our communications.
3. In addition to requirement number 2, we would like to know if there is also any way we can somehow automize these notifications, by pre-programming them via the different parameters?
