    Exclamation mass email scheduler always failed

    Hello everyone,

    i have a problem whith campaigns. The campaign is configured correctly.

    when i start the campaign, all the email go to the qeue message... when i send the emails manually via the admin control pannel, email are sended correctly.

    My problem is that the mass email scheduler. I define the cron and the sheduler to be executed every 5 minutes... but the statut of sheduler is always "in progress" for one moment and goes to "Failed"... and the emails was never be sended via cron and scheduler.

    I haven't a lot of email in the queue only 12 emails...

    What can i do to resolve this problem ?? thanks very lot...

    What is the server OS and version? And what is the Sugar version you're running?

    It sounds as if the server may be IIS/Windows ... check to make sure that you can manually execute the command line.

    Thank you for our response.

    I have sugarcrm 4.5.1 running under a virtual dedicated server whith Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 and i have a webmin access and SSH access.

    other informations:
    Apache: 1.3.33
    PHP: 4.4.1-0.dotdeb.3
    MySQL: 4.1.15-Debian_0.dotdeb.1

    i have the same problem alredy...

    Hey,

    same behaviour on our installation(s) ! No scheduled transport from queue to smtp. Just a failure.

    xen-virtualized debian + mysql + php5 (all debian-packages). Donīt think the problem depends on the underlaying infrastructure.

    Any tips ?
