Not able to send automated mails but test mails are working!!

Hi,All


Not able to send automated mails but test mails are working!!

Iam trying to send the automated mail at a particular time but those mails are being queued up and not being sent ..but the iam able to send the test mails ...what is the problem with this?

are there any settings to be changed ?

Hi,

You have to select target list type as seed or default, and in schedules the cron job should be in active mode. check with these settings and try, may be it will help full to you.

Hi, I have selected target list type as default, and set time as 16:30(24 hour format)


Iam able to send test mails
In Windows, logged in as admin

Added New Scheduled Task.Schedule task that Windows to run,selected scheduler.php file under your
path-to-sugar directory.

In advanced properties i have selected Repeat task and specify every 10 minutes with duration of 24 hours.
In sugar crm i have set runNightlyMass emails for Every 2 minutes interval and it is in active mode

but the mails are being queued and not being sent

what is the problem?

you can use www.weetasks.com to call any url minimum 5 minutes interval for free.
