I have a fair amount of experience creating and sending email campaigns in sugar, and I am stumped by this one. I have a client that sends out email newsletters monthly. They set up and april newsletter and sent it out. All went fine. Then when they went to set up a follow up email campaign to a new list, new campaign and new email template, the system sent out the old april newsletter instead. Then I went in and set up a new target list with just my email address. I sent the one email and looked in the email queue. There it was just the one email ready to go out. I sent the campaign email and it arrived fine with the correct email template but also the old April newsletter campaign was sent to everyone on the target list made for the monthly newsletters. Any ideas how this might happen? How to fix? Clear the cache, delete & recreate target lists, email templates, campaigns? Any help or insight into the campaign module would be greatly appreciated.
