Hi all - I would like to be able to setup an ongoing or what I would call a 'set it and forget it' campaign. What I mean by that is that I would like to be able to setup a campaign that consists of a series of emails/attachments that are sent over a user-definable period of time. An example is below:
Campaign Name: 30-day seller prospect
Campaign Start Date: 3/23/2006
Campaign Item: Send Delay(days from campaign start date)
Text-Initial Email 0
Ebrochure Master 1
Text-Day After Ebrochure 2
Process of Selling 10
Text-Day after Process of Selling 11
Valuation 20
Text-Day after Valuation 21
Text-Hope Business is Well 30
I suppose this could be considered a combination of mini-campaigns/email templates all compiled into one larger, overall, ongoing campaign. As I see it now you would need to setup separate campaigns for each of the above items. This seems cumbersome. Maybe I'm missing something here. Is this possibile with the current campaign functionality? If not, is this something others would like to see added or am I unique in this need? Any feedback would be appreciated.
