Hello board,

I've built up a form in Sugar (a humble no-bells-and-whistles version for testing) and have copied
and pasted the HTML code into my web page CMS and published a page. The form appears as it did in Sugar except the following two issues occur:

01. In I.E. when one clicks on the submit button, a little triangle with a ! in the middle appears in the lower left hand corner saying "Error on Page". In Firefox nothing happens after clicking submit, but nothing gets sent to Sugar.

02. In I.E. the page has two small squares appearing to the right of each text box and drop down menu. In Firefox the appear as question marks in black diamonds. Has the Riddler been messing with my Firefox?

I would love for this form to work, but it doesn't. I've tried the RFM route and surfed Google on the issue but found nada. PLEASE help or offer advice if you can. Thank you!
