problems with email campaigns

I have read through a lot of the posts on configuration, customization, etc. most of the posts on campaigns, emails, and templates. We are using 4.5 professional hosted on the Sugar servers. From what I can gather a lot of the customizations and modifications apply when we you have access to a lot of the actual PHP & configuration files.

Specifically I would like to set up click through links, change the opt out message, and replace the image that is used for tracking the email. Any pointers would be great.

I have sent myself several test emails, edited the source code on the actual emails, and they turn out fine except for custom images, a custom opt out, and click through.

Hello Andramine,

Click through links can be set up through the tracker urls subpanel in the campaign module. Create tracker url, enter link and tracker name. Embed the tracker url into the email template as <a href="{tracker name}">Link here</a>.

The opt out message can be changed in file removeme.php located in the root directory.

how do i access that file, since our hosting is on your server?
