Remove email address from Opt-Out List

I wanted to check if this 'Opt-out' link works, hence clicked on it, assuming that I can remove my name later. However, I am not able to find how do I remove my email address from the Opt-out list. I am not getting any test mails either. Please help somebody.

Yes, I found the solution.. When you edit a particular lead, you get a check-box of 'Opt-out' near the 'email address' box which you can select or unselect. However, this exercise is performed on an individual lead level, can not perform a bulk action of multiple leads together.
